EL FISCAL GENERAL DE ACUSACION DE LA PROVINCIA

RESUELVE:

1.-Habilitar al Dr. Ernesto Lían Resúa como Agente Fiscal de Investigación Penal Preparatoria Nº 10 del Centro Judicial de San Pedro de Jujuy por el día 19 de Diciembre de 2.016; sin perjuicio de las funciones que cumple como Agente Fiscal de Investigación Penal Preparatoria Nº 12 y como Agente Fiscal por ante el Juzgado de Instrucción de Causas (Ley Provincial Nº 3.584).-

2.-Protocolícese, notifíquese, publíquese sintéticamente en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.-
