EL FISCAL GENERAL DE ACUSACION DE LA PROVINCIA

RESUELVE:

1.-Habilitar a la Dra. Silvia del Valle Farall como Agente Fiscal de Investigación Penal Preparatoria Nº 12 y como Agente Fiscal por ante el Juzgado de Instrucción de Causas (Ley Provincial Nº 3.584) del Centro Judicial de San Pedro de Jujuy por los días 19 al 21 de Octubre de 2.016, inclusive; sin perjuicio de las funciones que cumple como Agente Fiscal de Investigación Penal Preparatoria Nº 10.-

2.- Protocolícese, notifíquese, publíquese sintéticamente en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.-
