EL FISCAL GENERAL DE LA ACUSACION
RESUELVE:
1.– Declarar inaplicable lo dispuesto por las Acordadas N° 136/2.011 (L.A. N° 14, F° 238/241, N° 136) y N° 41/2.016 (L.A. N° 19, F° 60/66, N° 41) en relación al Dr. Alejandro René Carrillo, Legajo N° 8.083, en cuanto al cumplimiento de funciones como Ayudante Fiscal Regional.
2.– Disponer que la designación del Dr. Alejandro René Carrillo es la de Secretario de Primera Instancia.
