ARTICULO 2º.- Téngase por aprobado y cumplido el Contrato de Servicios celebrado entre la Dirección Provincial de Personal, representada, por su entonces titular C.P.N. ANDRES DANIEL ELEIT y la agente CYNTHIA LAURA MAIED HERNANDEZ, CUIL N° 27-24290679-4, Categoría A1, Escalafón Profesional – Ley N° 4413/88, por el periodo comprendido entre el 01 de enero al 01 de marzo del 2015.-

ARTICULO 3º.- Téngase por aprobado y cumplido el Contrato de Servicios celebrado entre la Dirección Provincial de Personal, representada, por su entonces titular C.P.N. ANDRES DANIEL ELEIT y el agente JOAQUIN MUÑOZ, CUIL N° 20-27866848-8, Categoría A más adicional 33%, del Escalafón Profesional – Ley N° 4418/884, por el periodo comprendido entre el 02 de enero al 30 de abril del 2015.-

ARTICULO 4º.- La erogación que demandó el cumplimiento de la presente contratación se atendió con la Partida Presupuestaria: Ejercicio 2015: Jurisdicción “A”- Gobernación -U. de O.: “2” Secretaría General de la Gobernación – Partida 1-2-1-9-1-1 Personal Contratado.-

ARTICULO 5º.- Regístrese. Tome razón Fiscalía de Estado. Comuníquese, publíquese -en forma sintética- en el Boletín Oficial, siga a la Secretaria de Comunicación y Gobierno Abierto para su difusión. Pase a conocimiento de la Dirección Provincial de Personal, Dirección Provincial de Presupuesto y Contaduría de la Provincia. Cumplido, vuelva a la Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros a sus efectos.-
