RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1º.-Téngase por aprobado y por cumplido el Contrato de Locación de Servicios, celebrado entre el entonces Presidente del Instituto de Vivienda y Urbanismo, Dr. Facundo Manuel Figueroa Caballero y el Sr. CORTEZ, ARTURO FERNANDO, CUIL Nº 20-23053844-2, Categoría “A-2” del Escalafón Profesional-Ley Nº 4413-por el período 01 de enero de 2010 al 31 de diciembre de 2010.-
