LA SECRETARIA DE DERECHOS HUMANOS

RESUELVE:

ARTICULO 1º.- Reconocer la Personería Jurídica a la COMUNIDAD ABORIGEN DE PALCA DE APARZO – DISTRITO DE PALCA DE APARZO – DEPARTAMENTO HUMAHUACA y consecuentemente aprobar el Estatuto de la Comunidad que corre agregado a fs. 135/140 de autos.-

ARTICULO 2º.- Remitir las actuaciones al Registro Provincial de Comunidades de Aborígenes para el registro pertinente. Notificar a los interesados, comunicar, publicar en el Boletín Oficial. Cumplido, archivar.-
