EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1º.- Téngase por dispuesto, desde el 13 de marzo y hasta el 12 de septiembre de 2008, el pase a situación de Disponibilidad del Ayudante de 3ra. de la Dirección General del Servicio Penitenciario de Jujuy, LUIS MARTIN DE SANTIS, DNI Nº 18.444.078, Credencial Nº 873, a tenor de las previsiones del Artículo 47º, Inc. b) del Decreto – Ley Nº 20-G-71 (modificado por Decreto Nº 4436-G-01.-
