EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA

DECRETA:

ARTÍCULO 1º.-  Téngase por aprobada la Ampliación del Contrato de Promoción Turística  celebrada en fecha  2 de diciembre de 2.008, entre la SECRETARIA DE TURISMO Y CULTURA DE LA PROVINCIA DE JUJUY, representada por su titular, DR JORGE ANTONIO NOCETI , y el CLUB ATLETICO GIMNASIA Y ESGRIMA DE JUJUY,  representado por el Ing.  RAUL H. ULLOA y el Dr. SEGIO M. CUELLAR, Presidente y vicepresidente respectivamente, cuyo texto corre agregado a Fs. 1 de autos, de conformidad a lo expresado en el exordio.-
