EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA

DECRETA:

ARTÍCULO 1º.– Ténganse por aprobados y por cumplidos los Contratos de Locación de Servicios celebrados entre el entonces Ministro de Gobierno y Justicia, Dr. JULIO HECTOR COSTAS y los ciudadanos: Dr. JUAN MIGUEL CARDOZO TRAILLOU, DR. MATIAS GAUNA, C.P.N. CAROLINA ALVAREZ, TOMAS ALBERTO ARIAS, JUAN CARLOS ROMERO, DAVID FEDERICO QUISPE, FABIANA DEL VALLE DELGADO, MARCO ANTONIO ACOSTA, MIRTA GLADIS CONDORI, NELY VICENTA VERGARA, LUCIANA FERNANDA MORENO y DANIEL MAXIMILIANO MARQUEZ, quienes cumplieron servicios bajo dependencia del citado organismo, todos por el periodo comprendido entre el 01 de Enero al 31 de Diciembre de 2009, y a la agente MARIA PAULA MURIEL, por el periodo 01 de Abril al 31 de Diciembre de 2009, cuyos textos se encuentran agregados en autos.-
