VISTO:

Lo actuado en el Expediente Nº 1970-D-1980 y el Decreto Nacional Nº 877/80, en ejercicio de las facultades legislativas concedidas por la Junta Militar,

EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA

SANCIONA Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE

LEY Nº 3726

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Adhiérese la Provincia al SISTEMA NACIONAL DE RESIDENCIAS DE LA SALUD, creado por Ley Nacional Nº 22.127/79.

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Por el área de Bienestar Social desígnese oportunamente al representante de la Secretaría de Estado de Salud Pública que integrará al CONSEJO NACIONAL DE RESIDENCIAS DE LA SALUD.

ARTÍCULO 3º.- Comuníquese, publíquese en forma integral, dése al Registro y Boletín Oficial y, previa toma de razón por Tribunal de Cuentas y Contaduría General, pase al Ministerio de Bienestar Social a sus efectos; cumplido, archívese.-
