ARTICULO 1º:Téngase por aprobado y por cumplido el Contrato de Locación de Obra, celebrado entre el entonces Presidente del Instituto de Vivienda y Urbanismo, Ing. LUIS HORACIO COSENTINI y la Sra. BORRAJO, MARIA CARMELA, DNI Nº 12.095.666, cuyo texto corre agregado a fs. 24/25 de autos
