LA LEGISLATURA DE JUJUY SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE

LEY  Nº 5966/2016.-

“ADHESIÓN A LA LEY NACIONAL Nº 27.234” EDUCAR EN IGUALDAD: PREVENCIÓN Y ERRADICACIÓN DE LA VIOLENCIA DE GENERO”.-

ARTICULO 1º.-Adhiérese la Provincia de Jujuy a la Ley Nacional Nº 27.234.-

 ARTICULO 2º.-La Autoridad de Aplicación de la presente será el Ministerio de Educación en coordinación con los organismos que realizan el abordaje y seguimiento de la temática.-

ARTICULO 3º.-Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial.‑
