LA H. LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY Nº 1841
ARTICULO 1.- Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo de la Provincia a entregar
a la Señora RAMONA W. de CABANA, el importe de las dietas que le
hubieran correspondido percibir hasta la terminación del mandato de su
extinto esposo, el ex – Diputado por el Departamento de Yavi, don
HONORIO CABANA.
ARTICULO 2.- El gasto que demande el cumplimiento de la presente Ley
se imputará al rubro “SALDO NO UTILIZADO DE LAS PARTIDAS DE SUELDOS
DEL PERSONAL ADMINISTRATIVO Y GASTOS DEL PRESUPUESTO DEL EJERCICIO
1947”.
ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo, etc.-
