LA H. LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE

LEY N° 4105

DE ADHESION AL REGIMEN DE BENEFICIOS DE LA LEY N° 20.852 Y NORMAS COMPLEMENTARIAS

ARTICULO 1°.- Adhiérese la Provincia de Jujuy a la Ley N° 20.852 y su Modificatoria N° 21.522, su Decreto Reglamentario N° 2099/1976 y Modificatorio N° 874/1978, como así también a las disposiciones emanadas del Decreto N° 2616/1983, por las que se establecen beneficios que se le confieren a la industria nacional que intervengan en licitaciones internacionales para la ejecución de obras con financiamiento del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo o del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento.

ARTICULO 2°.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.-
