VISTO:

La política salarial aplicada por el Superior Gobierno de la Nación para el personal docente a la cual se adhiere el Gobierno de la Provincia,

EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA

SANCIONA Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE

LEY Nº 4047

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Fíjase el puntaje del personal docente dependiente del Consejo General de Educación, Dirección General de Enseñanza Media, Artística y Superior, Escuela General Manuel Belgrano y de Sub-Oficiales de la Policía de la Provincia, Escuelas de Enfermería Dr. Guillermo C. Paterson e Instructores de Residentes Médicos, en los valores que se indican en las planillas anexas I, II, III, IV, V y VI que forman parte integrante de la presente Ley.

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Las remuneraciones del personal dependiente de los organismos citados en el artículo precedente y que se rigen por el sistema de índice, se liquidarán de acuerdo con el valor índice uno (1) igual a Pesos Argentino Seis con Treinta y Seis Centavos ($a.6,36) conforme al puntaje establecido para cada nivel.

ARTÍCULO 3º.- Fíjase en las planillas anexas VII, VIII y IX y X, que forman parte integrante de la presente Ley, el complemento compatibilizador no bonificable por concepto alguno, para el personal docente dependiente del Gobierno Provincial.

ARTÍCULO 4º.- Establécese que los incrementos salariales derivados de la aplicación de la presente Ley ingresarán al Instituto Provincial de Previsión Social, conforme con la legislación vigente, en dos cuotas mensuales, iguales y consecutivas a partir del mes de noviembre de 1983.

ARTÍCULO 5º.- Las disposiciones de la presente Ley rigen a partir del 1º de noviembre de 1983.

ARTÍCULO 6º.- La erogación que demande el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por la presente Ley se atenderá con la partida específica de Gastos en Personal que al efecto fija el Presupuesto General de Gastos y Cálculo de Recursos de la Provincia.

ARTÍCULO 7º.- Derógase toda disposición que se oponga a la presente.

 ARTÍCULO 8º.- Comuníquese, publíquese -en forma integral-, dése al Registro y Boletín Oficial, tomen razón Tribunal de Cuentas, Contaduría General, Dirección General de Personal y archívese.
