LA H. LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINICA SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY Nº 582
ARTICULO 1.- Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para gestionar la
contratación de un empréstito por un máximo de cuatro millones de
pesos moneda nacional, con amortización e intereses no mayores de diez
por ciento y seis por ciento anual, respectivamente.
ARTICULO 2.- El contrato respectivo será ad-referendum de la H.
Legislatura.
ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo, etc.
