EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA

DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º.-Apruébase en todas sus partes el ACUERDO MARCO ENTRE LA NACION Y LA PROVINCIA DE JUJUY-PROGRAMA DE CONVERGENCIA DE TARIFAS ELÉCTRICAS Y REAFIRMACIÓN DEL FEDERALISMO ELÉCTRICO EN LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA, (obrante a fs. 6/13), suscripto en fecha 03-04-2014, entre el MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACIÓN FEDERAL, INVERSIÓN PÚBLICA Y SERVICIOS, representado por el señor Ministro Arq. Julio Miguel DE VIDO, por una parte, y la PROVINCIA DE JUJUY, representada por el señor Gobernador Dr. Eduardo Alfredo FELLNER, por la otra, a los fines y efectos enunciados en los considerandos del presente instrumentos.-

ARTICULO 2º.-Ratificase en todas sus partes el CONVENIO INSTRUMENTAL PARA OBRAS DE DISTRIBUCIÓN Y TRANSPORTE ELÉCTRICO EN LA PROVINCIA DE JUJUY EN EL MARCO DEL PROGRAMA DE CONVERGENCIA DE LAS TARIFAS ELÉCTRICAS (obrante a fs. 14/21) y Anexos I y II que integran el referido Convenio, celebrado entre el MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACIÓN FEDERAL, INVERSION PÚBLICA Y SERVICIOS, representado por  la SECRETARIA DE ENERGIA DE LA NACIÓN, a través del señor Secretario, Ing. Daniel CAMERON, y la Provincia  de Jujuy, representada por el señor Ministro de Infraestructura, Planificación y Servicios Públicos, Ing. Gustavo Eduardo RODA, suscribiendo asimismo, de conformidad, el presente acuerdo, el Ente Regulador SUPERINTENDENCIA DE SERVICIOS PUBLICOS Y OTRAS CONCESIONES (SUSEPU), representado por su Presidente, Ing. Héctor RODRIGUEZ FRANCILE, y la EMPRESA JUJEÑA DE ENERGIA (EJE S.A.), representada por el Gerente General, Ing. Ricardo AVERSANO, a los fines y efectos enunciados en los considerandos del presente instrumento.-
