DECRETO N° 0243/DE/2022.-

CIUDAD DE EL CARMEN, 01 JUN. 2022.-

VISTO:

La Ordenanza N° 816/CD/2022 por la cual se crea la “Escuela

Municipal de Manejo”; y

CONSIDERANDO:

Que conforme lo dispone el artículo 157 inciso e) de la Ley Orgánica de Municipios N° 4466, son atribuciones del Intendente Municipal promulgar las sanciones del Concejo Deliberante.-

Por ello y en uso de las facultades que le son propias:

EL INTENDENTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE EL CARMEN

DECRETA:

ARTÍCULO 1: Promulgar la Ordenanza N° 816/CD/2022 referente a “Escuela Municipal de Manejo”.-

ARTÍCULO 2: Comuníquese al Honorable Concejo Deliberante a sus efectos.-
